Hi.I would like to intoduce myself my name is Kelvin Age:38 married with my wife pauline Age:36 and we have three lovely children name eldest one is Age:5, 2nd Age:3 and youngest :going to 1.
My house is located at Gilles plains 30mins. going to city,bus is very accessible,walking distance to Foodland,the interchange is also not far from our place.
Features:separate toilet and bathroom,individual room,ductedcooling and heating,food is not a problem any food you can see from the fridge,cabinet you can eat,no restriction i cook asian,italian and other food. We have also wireless internet broadband which you can download mp3 and others,our speed is the highest plan. Condition apply.
Services:we can provide transportation services, we have chinese ,korean ,tagalog and eng. tv series and DVD movies, counselling, tutorial if needed all of these are optional.
our house is not as beauty as the other but i would like to guarantee our services and hospitality coz we treat everybody as part of our family.
When regards house rules we implement some guidelines to be follow for safety measurement.
We recomend Full board which incudes ,electricity,water,food(eat all you can),wireless internet,pick-up at the airport,other service of transportation(condition apply) and Internet(condition apply).
