Homestay message
You will be hosted by David and Kerry, a Professional couple aged 52 and 54 years. Kerry is an organizational psychologist and works as a research co-ordinator at the University of South Australia. David is an IT professional with interests in Media and website design. He has a 24 year old daughter who does not live at home.
You will also be sharing the house with one other student.
We are happy to take our students on day trips to explore Adelaide and the country side. Kerry enjoys bushwalking and would love to take any interested students on walks with her to see koalas, kangaroos etc.
We are both vegetarians, and so offer only vegetarian meals.
Our home is a brand new 2 storey home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, views, and is close to the Uni of South Australia's Mawson Lakes campus, cafes and other facilities.
There is a regular train service (12-15mins to the city) where the Unversity of South Austalia's City East and City West campuses are located as well as the University of Adelaide. It is an easy 10- 15 mins walk to Unisa Mawson Lakes Campus, Mawson Lakes Central Shops, Cafes and Restaurants from our home.
We have 2 Rooms available ($225 & $235)
The rooms include: double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, lamp, linen. You will also have an ensuite bathroom which you will share with one other student. Internet, computer, VOIP and private telephone extension are also included.
