Hi, my name is Skye, I am a nursing student at Flinders University.
My house mate is moving out in May and i need someone else in here at that time. I am friendly, fun, caring, bubbly and down to earth.
I smoke but only outside. I am serious about my study and like time to myself and peace and quiet - but also love music festivals and going out and LOVE spending time with friends... The room I have for rent is located in a maisonette kind of house - very homely. The room for rent isnt furnished but I could help you out with some furniture if you wanted. Its very close to public transport and lots of really good shops, cinemas etc.
Rent alone is $720 per month. This does not include any meals (for which you would provide yourself) and also doesn't include bills (electricity mainly). If you are interested email me and I shall get back to you with more details ASAP. Thankyou!! =)
