- House in Bromton in modern developed area. Secluded location off street car parking available. With trees and gardens in a peaceful area.
- Very close to the city with buses coming every 15mins. Everything is close by.
- Fully furnished house and room. All modern. Not old and falling apart. Room includes a queen bed among other things.
- Sharing house with 2 males. 26 and 27 yrs. Both very respectable, healthy and clean.
- No pets, no couples.
- Smoking outside if you’re a smoker
- House has many features including ducted heating and cooling, separate laundry and outside entertainment area.
Rent is 155 per week including bills and wireless internet. Comes to $675 per month. The room is free right now. Great for students or anyone looking for a great living environment.
