Hello
My name is Joy and I am a doct[ --- censored --- ] student at the University of Adelaide. I have a fully furnished cottage attached to my home where international students and visitors stay for short or long periods. The rent helps to support me while I finish my studies.
It is for females only and is very safe.
It is in Mitcham - close to the city campuses and to Flinders University and the Waite campus of Adelaide University.
There is one single room which will be available from late June and twin share rooms that are available now. There is a heated swimming pool, spa and free high speed wireless internet and a nice garden.
Rent is $125 pp per week plus expenses. The girls are independent and share the cooking and cleaning.
You only need your personal belongings nothing else - everything is provided including towels, linen and all kitchenware.
