G'day! My name is Rob. Currently I live alone but have been raising 3 children for the past 3 years. I'm 27 years old and have had experience living with South Korean and Chinese people. I also have had many friends from across Asia who were mostly students. I am the agent and sales representative for a Chinese importer here in Australia and I also study Business Marketing at the local TAFE. I really enjoy sharing the experience of other people's cultures and food and introducing international students to my own culture, food and South Australia. If you are to live in my very tidy and comfortable home, you will be treated to an Aussie experience. Foxtel and ADSL2 internet will be available. I enjoy taking students away for adventure weekends to see our beautiful countryside. I have taken some students horse riding and on tours previously. Your friends will be welcome if I have enough seats in the car. I also welcome student gatherings and barbecues on the weekends. At all other times, my home is very quiet with very little noise from traffic. This is an ideal environment for study. Across the street, you will find a supermarket, take-away restaurants, a pharmacy and a post office. One of the most major SA shopping malls and the Tea Tree Gully TAFE are just 5 minutes from my house and you can reach the city on just 1 bus in about 20 minutes. 2 rooms are available. Both rooms contain new furniture, including the beds. A very inviting, fully furnished home with both front and rear garden areas and a huge entertaining area out the back for student gatherings. Every room has ducted air-conditioning. All carpets are new and the entire interior is freshly painted. Full board is $180 per week for a single person or $220 per couple. Full board includes utilities, breakfast, dinner, laundry and vacuuming (lunches can be negotiated). For just accommodation including utilities and breakfast, rent is $120 per week for a single person or $150 for a couple.
