Homestay message
Hello. My name is Denis Pearson, a university lecturer, 53. I live in Adelaide with my 27 year old daughter.
I have Masters' degrees in Economics and Business from universities in Australia and the United Kingdom.
My house is situated in North Plympton, about 7 km from the city. The bus stop (number 7) is close by and it takes about 15 minutes to Adelaide University and UniSA. Flinders University is about 20 minutes away. My home is also close to many schools and colleges. Woolworths and Coles supermarkets are not too far.
The house, a 4 bedroom town house, is brand new as are all furnishings and beddings in the room. I have a high-speed wireless internet broadband which you can access and this facility is included in the price.
Everything you need is provided. All you need to do is bring yourself, your suitcase, your laptop and your personal toiletries.
All the rooms have new beds with built in robes. They all have new computer desks with chairs and bookshelves to store your study books. Brand new beds and mattresses with quality linen x 2 sets, towels and quilt and pillows are all provided.
Electricty, Gas, Water and Internet are supplied in your rent and included are cleaning services to clean the common areas of the house as well as your rooms every 2 weeks.
Everything in the kitchen is supplied and meals are provided; you are also welcome to do your own cooking. The laundry has everything you need and includes washing detergent and toilet paper in your cost.
If you would like to enjoy good, comfortable accomodation and facilities close to your University or College, you'll be happy here.
Probably the best advantage I offer is a clean, relaxed environment that is conducive to study; help with course work and English is always on hand.
