Homestay message
hi my name is gem and i have a single room in a shared house for rent. It has a built in wardrobe and we are situated only 7 minutes drive from the city, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the airport. Shops are just down the road (walking distance). There is plenty of public transport available (2 minute walk to catch the bus into the city). My house is situated in the perfect location for those studying at unisa or university of adelaide. I’ am looking for a female student/worker to come live in our shared house.
My other house mate will be moving out on the 6th of July so if you are available to move in then your more than welcome to. Monthly fees are negotiable and include bills. There are 2 other girls, plus myself living here. It’s a fun situation really as we are all really laid back and love to have a laugh. None of us here smoke and were all very clean girls. We all get along really well and so would love to have another girl to join the group. We are all around the same age (21 to 25). 2 of the housemates here are students in the city (including myself) and 1 is a full time worker. If your interested, you will be more than welcome to come out on the weekends with us for a dance in the city or if you prefer you can always chill out in the living room with the plasma tv and watch a show.
The house itself is fully furnished and is newly built. However, your will need to supply your own bed and desk (if u want one). Apart from that were all set up and ready to go. There is a court yard and off street parking. The house has heating and air-conditioning and a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, an eating area and living room with a comfy couch and plasma tv. Internet is available through the usb devices.
