Homestay message
We are seeking mature international students (Australian students most welcome also) to rent share accomodation.
The accommodation is a very large beautiful home within walking distance of the Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre. It is conveniently located to Marion Shopping Complex where everything is at your fingertips including recreational activities such as bowling, movies etc. Bus stops are practically at your door stop and can take you into the heart of the city or whereever else you would like to go in Adelaide.
In walking distance is all the fast food outlets that you could wish for, so if you don't want to cook for yourself convenience is at your doorstop.
The spacious living areas and outside areas will mean you will never feel cramped in and you will be able to enjoy lazing by the beautiful large swimming pool or putting your feet up and having an outside study session under the large covered and enclosed outdoor patio area.
Everything you need is supplied. All you need to do is bring yourself, your clothes and your personal toiletries.
All the rooms have beautiful new large beds with either built in robes, walk in robe or self standing robe. They all have new computer desks with chairs and bookshelves to store your study books. Brand new beds and mattresses with quality linen x 2 sets, towels x 4 and quilt and pillows are all supplied. Some rooms have their own balconies that overlook the pool and the city lights with 2 rooms having their own ensuites even, so you don't even have to share the bathroom facilities.
Electricty, Gas, Water and Internet are supplied in your rent and included also is a cleaner to clean the common areas of the house weekly.
Everything in the kitchen is supplied except for your food. The laundry has everything you need and includes washing detergent and toilet paper in your monthly rental.

Also bear in mind the rent of each room differs, so please let us know which room you are interested in and we can let you know what that rent is. Rent begins at $150 per week.
